Hey Kendall! My name is Javier Salmon. I am an avid runner and a family man. I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela. After receiving a degree in Architecture a few moons ago, I decided to migrate to the U.S. to further my career. At the time, I fell in love with landscaping.
This led me to the amazing program that was being offered at FIU. While at FIU, I switched gears one more time and ended up studying Construction Management, which ended up becoming my bread and butter. While studying I found the love of my life and since then have been happily married for 32 yrs (Kudos to us!) with which I have been blessed to bring to this world two of the most beautiful women God has sent.
A Kendall man for last 27 years of my life and very active in my community as a runner. I have enjoyed the outdoors for the most part of my life. I am blessed that “active, outdoorsy” gene has been passed on to my two princesses by both me and her mom (an avid water skier enthusiast). It was through my daughters that I entered this amazing phase of my life where being out there RUNNING connected me with my inner being. You will find in me a person that thrives not only on being active but one that has a thirst for life. Better explained with my wife’s nickname for me “Mr. Positive”.
Every day brings with it a new opportunity and I welcome them, looking forward to all the hidden gems that can be extracted and laced in my DNA as another positive experience. I enjoy connecting with good people from all nationalities and creeds. I’m a natural glib speaker looking to reach as many people as I can. Maybe I have been given an opportunity to use my voice to connect with you via this WeAreKendall, unifying all of us through this special Web Space!
